Obviously I couldn’t make it to NYC without seeing a Broadway Musical. If I lived here I would see a show once a week. There’s nothing quite like the magic of Broadway…image

Today was spectacular. The sign of a good NYC day…sore feet! We explored so much of the city including The Highline. What a unique way to see New York. We also visited the site of the new World Trade Center, ate delicious pizza in Little Italy and strolled through Tribeca.

My feet were also super sore after a wild night of NYC dancing! (This pic is deceiving because we’re just sitting in a bath tub. Haha, that was just the beginning of the night!) I don’t go out often, but when I do…I GO BIG! When in Rome, right?

I am in LOVE with New York. This city is truly the best. It’s full of excitement and energy and opportunity. Gah! I wanna move back here so bad! First stop on this trip- the crossroads of the world, Times Square. I can’t believe I was lucky enough to intern right here at Good Morning America! It’s always been a dream to make it back here to work…on air.

Of course we had to stop into Serendipity for an iced hot chocolate! OH. EM. GEE! Sooo good. I don’t care how touristy this place is, every sip was worth it. It’s like chocolate crack! Next time you’re in NYC…GO THERE!

The Rockefeller Christmas Tree never looked better! So sparkly and beautiful! I am extremely thankful to spend time with my great friend Jeane who is just as sparkly and beautiful. She’s also one heck of a hostess who took me out karaoking until 3am!! Haha, NYC is really the city that never sleeps.

Concrete jungle where dreams are made of
There’s nothing you can’t do
Now you’re in New York
These streets will make you feel brand new
Big lights will inspire you
Hear it from New York, New York, New York!

I don’t know what I’d do without my TV sistas. These gals make me so happy and fill my life with so much laughter. Besides that, it’s so nice to have friends in the business who I can trust. That is EVERYTHING. image

Yaay Yaay for Christmas movies! I could watch them all day, every day during the holidays. My favorite is definitely White Christmas. I love the music, the costumes, the dancing, Bing’s voice…it’s all just so lovely. Runner up to that is Elf. Haha, I like to whisper too. image

This weekend 3 years ago we were celebrating our recent engagement in San Diego. What a beautiful time it was! Look how happy we were!? We still are…only now we have a few more wrinkles to show.

imageI am such a sucker for a “Get Well Soon” gift. I put together a little care package for my husband. I knew he’d have a hard time relaxing after his surgery so I thought this stuff might help. I hope it did 🙂

imageGood news to report…all went well with Gabe’s surgery today! Dr. Turek said the procedure was quick and easy and now Gabe just has to recover. There is so much to be grateful for today! I pray that this is the answer we have been searching for. Thank you so much for all the well wishes and the prayers

One of our first few getaways as a couple was to San Francisco. This city will always be significant to us and our relationship. image
